This is an agreement between the Client and the Service Provider TV Kids Parties. The Service Provider agrees by TV Kids Parties (Platinum Music & Events) for the occasion on the date, time and location shown in the agreement below, in exchange for the fee and subject to terms and conditions also within this agreement.

PLEASE SIGN & RETURN THIS CONTRACT WITHIN 7 DAYS OR BOOKING WILL NOT BE HELD.

1) Cancellation of this Contract by yourself or any of your party involved, will result in you being liable to pay the fee agreed (please see terms and conditions below)

Terms & conditions

a) Cancellation of more than 30 days from performance date; you are liable to pay 20% of the full fee.

b) Cancellation between 22-30 days from the performance date; you are liable to pay 25% of the full fee.

c) Cancellation between 15-21 days from the performance date; you are liable to pay 50% of the full fee.

d) Cancellation between 8-14 days from the performance date; you are liable to pay 75% of the full fee.

e) Cancellation between 1-7 days from the performance date; you are liable to pay the full fee.

f) Cancellation on the day of the event, you are liable to pay the full agreed amount.

g) Initial deposits are non-refundable.
1. TV Kids Parties (Platinum Music & Events) agrees that the fee is inclusive of all expenses, holiday entitlements, travelling expenses to and from the venue and covers any payments whatsoever due to other members of Platinum Music & Events.
2. TV Kids Parties (Platinum Music & Events) warrants that all equipment is in good working order, fit for its purpose and that no part of the performance is likely to be a danger to the performer, client or any other person/s.
3. The adjustment of the volume and sound level of any equipment shall be as the client reasonably requires.
4. No fee shall be payable to the Platinum Music & Events for any day upon which this engagement shall be suspended by reason of War, Strikes, lockout or by reason of order of any Licensing.
5. At the time of signing this contract, Platinum Music & Events shall not be under any contract to a third party that might preclude him/her from fulfilling the engagement.
6. Platinum Music & Events shall be suitably and tidily dressed during their performance.
7. Signing this contract PTV Kids Parties (Platinum Music & Events) agrees to the terms and conditions presented.
8. The client shall be responsible for the provision of mains electricity in the performing area.
9. This contract reflecting the terms and conditions as agreed shall be deemed accepted only when it is signed and returned in 7 days.
10. The client agrees to provide adequate supervision of guests and will ensure that venue management adequately supervises customers and or staff on site
11. Unwarranted Abuse or threatening behaviour from client’s guests, venue management or venue staff will not be tolerated and will result in the performance being terminated with no revenue loss to Platinum Music & Events.
12. No face painting will be done to any child that is 3 years and under. This is due to their skin still being very sensitive and has a higher chance of their skin getting irritated.
13. Our face painting service is as part of any packages is for children only. Extra charges will apply for adults.
14. Face painting for children’s parties are 1.5 hours long unless stated otherwise.
15. Free photography – We will provide free photographs of the event. The photos will be uploaded to our Facebook page and website with our company watermark. The photos will be uploaded with a watermark of our logo. If you require some photos of the event without the watermark, please contact us within 7 days after the event finishes. After 7 days all photos will be deleted off file as we don’t have the storage. We are happy to provide all photos for free, as a thank you for booking us. If you would like the photos without the watermark, an additional charge of £100 will be required.
16. Any theft or damage caused to our equipment caused by you or your guests, then the client whose name and signature is on this booking form, will be accountable and liable to pay all replacement costs.
17. Face painting & Glitter tattoos: unless specified otherwise each child will receive EITHER a face paint design OR a glitter tattoo, not both.
